Location and parking for ceremony

Address: Priory Church of St Peter, Dunstable, LU5 4RS

Arrival: 12.00 for 12.30 pm ceremony

Car parking for the ceremony is available at the Priory Gardens car park next to the church (up to 2 hours: £1.80, 3 hours: £2.60, pay by card at machine), or at the NCP car park opposite, near Aldi (up to 2 hours: £1.45, 3 hours: £1.95, pay by app or online)

Travel between ceremony and reception

There will be a coach to transport guests (up to 80 people) from the church to Putteridge Bury, on a first come first serve basis, leaving at 1.45 pm from the front of the church (a number of people are driving, so there should be a fair amount of space).

Address: Putteridge Bury, Luton, LU2 8LE

Arrival: 2.15 pm (6.30 pm for evening guests)

If you are driving, cars can be parked at Putteridge Bury near the main building (free of charge).

Cars can be left overnight. Please note that in the morning, the automatic barrier will be locked on entry, but not on exit, so you must walk down to the main building to collect your car.

Accommodation options

Accommodation at Courtyard (Luton Airport) is discounted for users of Putteridge Bury (under Special Rates click Corp/Promo code, and enter D9610).

Hilton Garden Inn is also an option, and is very close to Putteridge Bury (no discount).

Although there are limited holiday homes in Dunstable and Luton, you could try the surrounding countryside and towns. Some examples closer to the reception are Offley, Hitchin, Hyde, Harpenden. Some examples closer to the church are Woburn, Markyate, and the Dunstable Downs area.

Q & A

Are children invited?

Unfortunately, due to space constraints, we are only inviting children of family and the wedding party (named on invite). We are happy to make an exception for babies under six months — please let us know on your RSVP if your baby will be accompanying you. If this is causing difficulties, please get in touch.

Can I bring a guest?

We only have space for those named on the invite. However, if you check in with us closer to the time, we can let you know if a space has become available.

Are you accepting gifts?

Your presence at our wedding is the most important thing. Please do not feel you need to bring a gift. However, if this is something you would like to do, contributions towards our honeymoon would be most appreciated. You can view our gift registry here: https://prezola.com/buy/view/219630

Where are you going on your honeymoon?

We are going for a short holiday to the Yorkshire coast following the wedding, and then a longer trip to Scotland later in the year.

Why Dunstable and Luton?

This is where Emily's family are from. Dunstable Priory is where her parents got married!
